Dismissal - All Charges Dropped. Client arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery on a police officer and resisting arrest. With the support of the family, we were able to informally convince the prosecuting DA that the client lacked the mental capacity to disobey the officer’s commands to stop riding his bicycle on the sidewalk which is what lead to the incident in the first place.
